Position Overview:
Choice Medical Staffing is seeking experienced and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Chicago. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients’ conditions, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment options.
- Ensure a safe and clean patient care environment.
- Administer treatments and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- CPR certification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous RN experience is preferred but not required.
