Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfers.
- Take vital signs and record patient information accurately.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to the nursing staff.
- Ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
- Assist with medical equipment and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.

- Adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Illinois.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR certification is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous CNA experience is preferred but not required.
